The OASYC Tour Schedule is as follows:
Monday, August 6th: 4:30p in Lancaster, Ohio for registration and practice
Tuesday, August 7th: Jewett, Ohio – Pastor Kirt Denney
Wednesday, August 8th: Milford, Delaware – Pastor Royce Andrus
Thursday, August 9th: Long Island, New York – Pastor Doug Davis
Friday, August 10th: Brooklyn, New York – Pastor Micheal Mitchell
Saturday, August 11th: Day off in NYC
Sunday, August 12th: Columbus, Ohio – Pastor Jerry Smucker
*We will return to Lancaster, Ohio for student pick-up Sunday afternoon - Time TBA
Registration in Lancaster, Ohio is at 4:30p on Monday, August 6th. Here is what you need to know:
1. Your $175 will be due upon registration
2. The form you need to have filled out and will turn in at registration is the: OASM FORM
-This can be printed off of www.ohioyouthdivision.com
-Pastor's Signature is required on this form for you to participate in the tour
3. A lice check will take place upon arrival
4. Please already have dinner eaten - we will go straight to the hotel from the church
5. Students will be staying at a hotel in Lancaster for Monday evening - wheels will roll for the tour Tuesday morning at 10am
6. Medications - Should your student need assistance will required medications, please inform us upon registration so we can schedule someone to help your student with this
*LiveWire students - we ask that you stay in your homes Monday evening. If you would be unable to get into Lancaster Tuesday morning, please let me know and we will have you stay in the hotel.
Parents - We ask that you stay for the parent meeting from 5p-6p - Lots of important information will be
given out that you will want to know
Practice will begin at 6p for the Tour
LUGGAGE LIMIT: Each student is allowed to bring 1 suitcase to go underneath the bus and 1 carry on.
DRESS CODE: We are not doing matching colors or outfits for the night services. We will be dressing up for each services.
There will be 5 church services.
Guys - Tie required each night
Gals - Hair up required each night

Day clothes during the days we travel and on our day off can be casual, but are still required to adhere to OYD Dresscode Guidelines.
ROOM ASSIGNMENTS: I will be assigning rooms and will make sure each student is comfortable.
We are looking forward to an incredible OASYC Tour!!! The Ohio District has been incredible to support us in this awesome trip to NYC. This Tour will not only impact and change the lives of others, but also our lives! Please pray for God to anoint everything we do. Pray that we will arrive empty so He can easily flow through each of us!
